On April 23, 2026, Jacob Elordi was officially unveiled as the new face of the Bleu de Chanel fragrance. Following one of the most successful periods in his career – the release of the third season of the series “Euphoria,” the film “Wuthering Heights,” and an Academy Award nomination (and that’s just in the first few months of the year) – Elordi adds another significant role to his resume. Specifically, he becomes a Chanel ambassador.

The New Face of Bleu de Chanel
Previously, the fashion house intrigued its audience with enigmatic videos, inviting them to “discover who the man of Bleu de Chanel is.” However, concealing the actor’s identity was nearly impossible; his recognizable profile was easily discerned. For Elordi, this is a special role: he becomes the third male ambassador in the history of the iconic fragrance. Before him, this position was held by actor Timothée Chalamet, who became an ambassador in 2023 and starred in a stylish short film by Academy Award winner Martin Scorsese.

The Bleu de Chanel fragrance itself was launched relatively recently, in 2010. This is a young age compared to the more niche 115-year history of the House of Chanel, founded back in 1910. The first face of the fragrance was French actor Gaspard Ulliel, who represented it from 2010 to 2022.

A Fashionable Duo: Matthieu Blazy and Jacob Elordi
This appointment marks a new chapter in the fashion house’s work under the leadership of Creative Director Matthieu Blazy, with whom Elordi has long shared a friendship. Even before Blazy’s move to Chanel in 2024, he had invited the actor to be an ambassador for Bottega Veneta. Chanel describes the new ambassador as a man with a “magnetic aura, free and determined, who perceives all boundaries as new horizons.” And it’s hard to disagree with that.
